Let’s Vibe - Just Being Happy

Happiness is an art and it doesn’t change to its artistic form until individuals find their deepest connection with it. We all want to catch a vibe and catching the vibe is a sentiment of feeling good and being above the clouds. Some might say being happy comes with catching the vibe. This statement is not wrong because smiling and laughing are all signs of good mental health. Being sad is not in the equation of feeling the vibe and the state of mind is not the same as sadness can turn into depression and anxiety which can make individuals feel like they do not want to be part of this life cycle. Some may argue that the way we feel is all to do with the way we see life and this is not true because we live in a way where things are forced upon us, no matter what. We live above our means because of  the pressures and these pressures are fuelled with the psychological state of mind of becoming better than everyone around you. These pressures can kill happiness and destroy the vibe. 

The phrase ‘health is wealth’ may sound very cliche and people might laugh at this phrase because they might point out that health is not going to make me rich; especially if it is coming from a child mindset where money rules everything around them. Let’s open the discussion of health is wealth and let’s put in a real context to maintain and sustain a serious conversation about this. The ability to keep yourself healthy can prolong your happiness because the body needs daily routine exercise to keep the brain sharp which brings positive thoughts all the time. This explains the phrase in an ingenious way to make individuals have a different outlook of this phrase. 

Vibe can create awkwardness which individuals can avoid and this can lead to sadness. The first sign of awkwardness creates a negative impression which does not bring any presence in a room full of confident people. Being happy does not always mean that you must shine and show everyone that you have made it because it does not bring happiness; it brings selfishness where you feel like you must be careless. Individuals might present themselves very well to show that they are fine but in reality, they might be suffering with mental health conditions. What we can do for these people is to put them in a positive mood and shine a light in their face so that they can catch that vibe. In many ways, this is a way to catch a vibe and this is a path of letting everyone vibe.

The ‘letting in’ approach allows everyone to be part of a movement that helps people to become a part of a positive community and that is how a vibe is created and spread through millions of people. The mood that we create is based on the social interactions that we have. The social spaces have been created for individuals so that they can be part of vibe culture. There is an onus that we should not alienate people. The alienation of people is what makes people feel comfortable to do whatever they feel it sees fit. The moral obligations are not considered, we seem to ignore the fact we are hurting people that care about us even though they are trying to make it out that they love us and care for us. 

The fact is that none of us still know what we are doing but we do it to look happy. The little things pass us by without noticing that those little things can hurt us and at times, make us feel unappreciated and sad. A common mistake that we make as human beings is that we don’t say hi or check up on people we care about to see how they are doing. The reality is obvious but it is the truth and the realness can be missed because the fact we think everyone will be alright can be judged differently. The common sense should be common where regular checks on the people that we care should be direct and not a thought about it happening. 

Happiness usually results in vibing and vibing is a different way of being put in a trance where everything is different. The differences are good and we should not polish our thoughts to suit others; being happy is just the way individuals see life and how individuals have conformed with the societal changes to be different and not follow others. Vibing is catching the vitamin D to recharge your battery and buzzing in the garden with all nature around. Vibing can also be the listening to music that touches the soul and connecting with ancestors from a different light that makes you happy. Let’s vibe and let’s just be happy.
